so you can have this mod enabled and just detect those who have tor and not block them with just a security alert or you cab block them depends on what I want correct

That is correct.
Just select the options you want to activate/deactivate

found a bug in ur pro version when disabled no error so it is ur bug
Fatal error: Call to undefined function indexOf() in /*****/*****/public_html/register.php(1226) : eval()'d code on line 88
