vBulletin Mods

I installed this mod from here http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=231407 . I'm aware that the author has passed away but I am looking for someone who may already have this who can help me out.

The install went fine and I have the ldm on my control panel, but when I click on settings I get an error 404. I uploaded all docs as instructed on the read me and have no idea why I get this error.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do please?

Can anyone help me. It now goes to a white page, not a white out but still on the vb panel but no data shows up.

If it isn't compatible I need to stop wasting time on it, can anyone help please?
