Site Builder/Admin/Mod Links Missing After Upgradation

Hello , i just upgraded my Vb 4.2.5 to Vb 5.6.4 .. upgrade process went smoothly without any issues ..however site bulider/admin/mod links are missing ..please help me to solve this issue ..
