There is no way to put the points in the tournament, you can not put out the option not to place the edit points each in the tournament, helpppp plz...

You just have to add this on to the end of your web address (.php?do=editplayer&id=XXX ) and change the XXX to numbers to find the player to edit the points for until there is a fix for that problem.

but if they are team tournaments? ". php?do=editteams&id= XXX"?

and in order to find the XXX I have to keep trying, or are there any in which to start?

I went to my old 3.6.8 installation and clicked on the relevant links to find the web address to add scores for single players. That old installation has been completely removed from my server so I can't find out what the address is for adding scores to teams I'm sorry.

Yes, you just have to keep trying. That's what I had to do. Fortunately I had just done a clean install of this addon and so the numbers started from 1.

As a temp fix where do you add .php?do=editplayer&id=XXX , if i do that is says invalid tournament?

May i ask how you actually play the LMS, what do players do after joining an LMS Tournament ?

Another issue i notice with lms is when you edit a tournament and change the score type to (Singular Form eg. Point not Points) Kill etc . I don't see it show up anywhere.

Another bug with the double elimnation tournament.

It looks like the 4 losers from the top bracket don't drop down to the bottom bracket. Everything else seems to work after that.

edit... looks like it works fine with 4 players. It only does it with 8 players.

Adding dome more needed features. Unless I am missing the way way to do it.

Are you talking about the 4 losers after the first round of matches? If so, the losers are not supposed to go to the bottom of the bracket. Everybody gets carried to the side, winners to winners side and losers to losers side. Now, the players that lose during winners round 1 from the top of the bracket go down, and viceversa. For winners round 2 the players get passed to the opposite side as they are, and for round 3 it is same as round 1.

Well that's how it works for 4 players it moves the losers to the bottom bracket then the losers of round 2 end up meeting them.

It just doesn't do that when you select 8 players. If they didn't go to the bottom bracket they would be out first round.

Not yet, I was waiting on official support for double elimination brackets. I will however install it tonight and see what it looks like.

There is another really good mod for tournaments, made by Jaxel, but he hasn't made it available for VBulletin 4. His mod includes support to TIO files, and automatically embeds the files to create a bracket in Vbulletin. Pretty neat!

I attached the image. This only happens with 8 players.

As you see after i advance some rounds the bottom bracket didn't get filled with the 4 losers from the top bracket like it's suppose to.

Fixed for next version.

For now, double clicking a score allows you to quickly edit it.

'lms' is short for 'last man standing'; it's a type of tournament, often used in on-line multiplayer shooting games

The ladder permissions are in a separate block in usergroup permissions, check them.

Ah thats what I thought from using your 3.x version, but I have been challenged by two other teams and I had no notification sent to me:confused:

I also just installed this onto my new test forums which has just two users. I created two teams, one under each user account and joined both teams to the ladder. I then challenged one team and again had no notifications to the challenged team leaders pm :confused:

The notification has been added for teams in next release - v4.1.8

I will be working towards it in the next few (prob quite a few) releases. First is to combine the view of tournaments and ladders within categories, then I will add the option to create a tournament which is linked to ladder (winner gets +X elo rating) and only players from ladder can join tournament.

looking good so far and will be waiting for league version, as it's extremely hard to find a proper league script. they are all usually ladders, branded as leagues :(

if i can make a request for the future league side of things, could you have it so that each league can have multiple divisions, and divisions can have customisable names :D, eg for 2 divisions you could have Div1, Div2, as standard but could customise it to Premiership, Div1.

also dunno if this is planned or suggested, but could you make it so the ladder has a start date and end date, so if you wanted, you could make it run like Ladder 2010, Ladder 2011 or just Ladder Sept 2010, etc, and so it's not just one long ladder. Then you can have 1st 2nd and 3rd type awards for it. If you had that, might need a 3rd date option for Results Deadline, so people can submit results they forgot up until the last second.

If this comes along we would happily pay for this mod ...fantastic work guys!!! :)

How long are matched archived in a ladder and is there a way to view them on a per-player basis.. or even a big list??

There is no big list of challenges. However if you click on a ladder, you can view upcoming matches, recent matches, and your challenges.

We would like to use the ladder to "track" wins and losses for the tournament. If we have a ladder of 128 people and we want to review the results of a game (screenshot, etc.), it would be nice to see a complete history.

Sadly, I uploaded both files and altered the templates as instructed, but no additional fields were rendered. I don't think the if conditions are being met, as when I view the source I see the comments where I inserted the code, but it skips it.

3. Then the template edits should work

v4.1.9 has just been released, with more integration between tournaments and ladders. Tournaments can now be linked to ladders with the winner receiving X addition points to their elo rating. Past and present tournaments linked to the ladder are shown in new tab on ladder page, as shown in attached screenshot.

The current tournaments/ladders are empty, but there are active ladders and tournys in the Starcraft 2 area.

Next, the page says 4.1.8, but the module in the adminCP says 4.1.9

The front page is only meant to show uncategorised tournaments/ ladders. Maybe it would be better to hide the two blocks if they are empty so it doesn't confuse people? Or change the text to 'There are currently no uncategorised ladders. Browse the categories for more ladders.'

Fixed for v4.2.0

When adding user to ladder, three things can now occur:

1. User is already in ladder, error message displayed and link back to ladder
2. User was part of ladder but left, thus their status in ladder is changed to active
3. User had never been part of ladder, so they are added

This should solve any previous error messages.

Just release v4.2.0, in first post, any problems/bugs post them here please.

im Testing the Tournament script for a new Side im creating. Got 2 Questions:

1. Is there a way a Player can submit a result? (and maybe the other player need to approve it)
2. Is there a Way to seperate a Category from some Groups for example i got a Group Premium Members and i want an internal Tournament only for Members of the group`
3. I need to increase the max Players on a tournament to 1024 is this possible?
