OR ALSO IF THERE IS A WAY THAT IS ADJUSTED WITHOUT APPEARING BEHIND THE SEARCH BAR.

In desktop view, you have plenty of room.

Edit your navbar template & move the search box code from its current position in the template & place it in a ul right above the "advanced search", may also require a bit of css to get it to layout properly/fit.

Something a bit better for you, move the search code to the header template, then use css, to position where you want it.

I could find the way to move the search engine, if you are right that with high resolution monitors (1920 x 1080) I have a lot of space the problem is that if under the resolution (1366 x 768 for example) all the navbar has no order or disappear links to the forums. my short solution was to move the search engine to another position.
thanks for your help .

Add some margin to its css & that way it wont be laying over your welcome notice.

So the issue is navbar search location when browser resolution/window size is smaller but only because the navbar tabs overlap then or are cut off from display? If so you can add a secondary navbar, there is a modification on here by DBTECH that does that.
