Remove the bbcode from the email message as no email client supports them that i know of. You can use HTML instead, such as <u> </u> but not all email clients will display these either.

Keep your banner width to about a maximum of 750, and I think you will be safe. 700 will no doubt keep you 100% in the safe zone though.

You see, heres the difference I was using COOKIE MARKING. I switched to database marking as Marco said and all was good. Your using db marking and having the problem....
