I solved this problem, it was a .htaccess error....

Access denied on user registration?

Having a weird problem, only started after i moved to a VPS.
When a member registers they will be greeted with this message after they hit the submit button.

I was able to look at it, just press CNTRL + F5 after selecting the theme.
