Okay I've tried going back to version 2.02, and tried 2.5.4 completely reinstalling each time.
Tried vB vanilla templates etc, turning Mods on and off.
Again if I change the template it works for a second or two, bit not after that.
So unfortunately I'm going to have to disable the Mod until a fix is found
