Actually, the images are there, but the paths are incorrect.
All my other styles use the same path
images/cms/read_more-right.png (default images from Vbulletin)
But yours read
digitalvb/morbid/cms/read_more-right.png
I just changed the Stylevar
ImagePaths >>Imgdir_cms to images/cms/
all the images in the CMS will show up.
