Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

I keep getting this error when I click on some of the threads on my board. I had installed then uninstalled vBExperience for 3.4.8


How do I fix this?

Realized I didn't completely uninstall. I can't get uninstaller to work. How do I get it to work?
