Cool A Little Help Validating

I wonder if someone would be able to have a look at this string of code and help me validate XHTML 1.0 transitional. After this long road, I have one error left and either I'm over looking something obvious or whatever. Placing a little CSS would be the way to roll, but I tried a few combos and I am not having any luck.
I have these three horizontal images placed on top of t_border on my forum homepage.
Image on the left is fixed as well as the right image, the image in the middle repeats because my style is fluid. For the repeating image, I'm using a deprecated value (highlighted in red). It renders fine in all browers, but I would prefer validating. After all I've come so close.
Any help to straighten me out would be super
Thanks in advance

Resolved. After 2 hours of fooling around yesterday with a CSS replacement for that HTML code. Got it on the first shot this morning.
