did you upload the plugin?
and which version are you using? with Facebook Connect or without Facebook? Here is a Header Rework 4 - Default Style with Facebook enabled. Use this for Example. I will upload the style with Facebook Disabled soon. Gametime Fix - Coming Soon! No members have liked this post.
