2. upload all file under " upload " folder to ur forum roots 3. For more icons here http://www.iconspedia.com/ u can add/change icon and link with :

I had this on one of my test sites for a while (few months, about a year ago).. it won't be a solid design because when someone wants to click a regular navbar link they begin to make the hover flicker.. its pretty unprofessional...
Cool idea, but it needs to be added to a div below the forum or something. No members have liked this post.

How I made it work for me
When I first installed this it made my forums disappear. So I stripped the suggested code down to...
After doing this everything worked great and I got my forums back! No members have liked this post.

I created my own variant to this one a couple of years back. Its running on http://www.midlandsweather.org.uk/ - great idea and gives plently of options as you can see. My code is stripped down a lot more, but good luck with it.
