icon showing up when a new post has been made

do you know if there is a MOD for vBulletin 3.8.4 which is like this..

when a new post has been made in a certain thread, an icon pops up to the moderators / administrations that one has been made - and then it disappears when you have viewed it? (or something along those lines)

i can not seem to find any.
