This code modification was made as part of a request in this thread: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...5&page=1&pp=15

All that it does is allow to use the email address instead of the username to be used to login (username also still works).

Since people where stating that it should be released, well here it goes.

1 File edit:
in file includes/functions_login.php, find:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

and replace by:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

This will allow logging in with either mail or username.

This mod was written for vB version 3.5.0 RC3, so some of the code may need tweaking, I suggest reading through the thread and see what other users have done to get it to work.

As I stated, there is some suggestions in that modifications thread, some worked for some users, others used different approach. Best thing is to read through the thread, and see which way works for you.
