Error editing/managing attachment

Warning: fopen(/home/whysg/domains/whysg.com/public_html/tmp/vbupload16356) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 287

Upload Errors
http://i397.photobucket.com/albums/p...sh/wii2-1.jpg:
Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.
---------------------------

I got this error. Can someone please help ? I know it has to do with setting a folder writable? However I do not know which folder should I set as writable?

I "duplicated" this site from another VB website (although I have 2 valid licenses) and currently Im trying to get a mod (frontpage slideshow) to work. Can someone please help? Thanks.

I got the above error when I tried to upload a picture from my computer instead of uploading from photobucket.
