I edited the notify pm and the new reply notification phrases to use HTML code so the emails sent are pretty emails instead of boring plain text.

Here's the weird thing:
I test it out with some pm's and thread replies and the emails are in proper HTML format.

Then a few hours later they come in plain text HTML code like below

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Why is this happening? Replicated on iPhone and outlook.

vBulletin out of the box, only does plaintext emails, so that'd be the problem.
