"Moderated" thing for threads

Hello,

In my forum site, people can open their threads normally. But when someone adds a video and send it, no-one sees it until I approve that subject from the CP. The thing is, in my CP it's not restricted. If It was, no-one can't open a new thread, but as you see in the picture. There are many threads. They just dont have a video. I just need, where exactly I define this... I'm looking for this for an hour in my CP. I bet it's just easy but I can't find it.

What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > Spam Management > Anti-Spam service. I would guess that this is what is moderating those threads.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

There is nothing else in default vbulletin that would make a thread moderated because of a link.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
