Increase the accessibility of a board ?

I was wondering if there is a modification that increases the accessibility of a forum, especially for partially-sighted persons.

Some of our members do have to use voice recognition to read our boards, but as there are maaaaany links on one page (new posts, PM box, and links to the subsections, of course), they have some difficulties to do this fluently (it takes much time).

Are there modifications that allow to "strip" the default board system from "useless" links ? To get the navigation easier for partially-sighted people ?

I thank you in advance for your answers
