GrayFolio Theme [SKINION.NET] vBulletin 5 Theme

This is a port from the vBulletin 4 GrayFolio Theme, but for vBulletin 5.1.3 instead. If you would like different colors let me know in the comments section.

You have files uploading and overwriting files from the default theme? Is there a reason there are images in the root images directory and not stored in the theme folder?
