I'm looking for a guide for make a standard xml MODE

Do you know about a guide for how do make a standard xml MOD (Modifications) ?
For example "how do make a MOD for vBulletin"
I want to start todo a few MOD's

Sorry i mean Mod - i mean a guide for how do make a standard xml for Modifications Installation

The xml file is made automatically when you export the product. Have you looked in the Articles forums? I am pretty sure there are some articles on creating products/plugins/modifications in there.
