Make site "cross-origin isolated"

I have received a mail from google and they say chrome will only support "cross-origin isolated" content.

I have looked into it and short story it allows to distinguish the website own content from external content such as external images or popups.

Can you give us very clear and concise instructions to implement this in vb4?
