Curious, where I come from (Canary Islands) Mantecados and Polvorones are two different things and the names are definitely not interchangeable. I love Mantecados, but Polvorones are well, bleeuurrgghhh

may have their differences. In Asturias, the same thing. Or we do not have the palate to distinguish it, XD

what food can you tell us from Canaries?
