Threadloom Search is now available as a supplemental option to the native forum search
In addition to various fixes and improvements, this update includes a new feature that lets your forum members choose (and save) Threadloom Search or your native forum search engine as their default search engine. You no longer have to choose between the two – your members can have both. As an admin, however, you are able to set either option as the default search engine for new visitors to your forum. You can learn more from our blog post here. If you’d like to learn more about this feature please check out our Help Center articles: No members have liked this post.

I've found a bug - if you search for all posts by a user (returns a vb search by default) then select "Switch to threadloom search results" it returns a blank query.
Edit - on further examination, threadloom_shell template has been coded using vbulletin3 syntax - <if instead of <vb:if etc. Also any chance of getting {vb:raw headinclude_bottom} included so I don't have to edit it in when the themplate is updated?

That error will occur when your folders are not 0777. Please check with your host to ensure you the server has that permission.

If the error is the same as before, unfortunately, you may need to uninstall and try the installation again. The plugin will create the folder, and then download the files required. So it's important that server has the ability to do that.
