Problem with VbPlaza install

Problem with VbPlaza install

I have uploaded the whole package to my 3.6.1 and when I go to AdminCP, its all there..........
I can open all the dropdowns, when I go to my forum, the VbPlaza button is on the navbar but gives me an error for all options.............
What can the problem be???
