Why [DBTech] vBCredits II Deluxe? vBCredits II Deluxe is the evolution of the points hack that thousands of vBulletin owners have only been dreaming of. Completely rewritten to incorporate three years of requests and improvements, vBCredits II Deluxe is the pinnacle of simplicity and power for casual activity and serious ecommerce engines alike! vBCredits II Deluxe is the most advanced and feature rich points system ever created. It is the only points system produced by the creator and coder of vBCredits v1-1.4 – accept no substitutes from impostors. Why vBCredits II Deluxe is an evolution of the typical points hack of the last decade The typical points hack installs a standard column to your user table. You are stuck with it, but if you are lucky you can make it switch entirely to a different one. While vBC2D installs a standard currency, you are free to remove it, and quickly integrate many third party currencies without any technical knowledge. The whole thing is made to be working with multiple currencies especially when they need to work together and the third parties didn't put in a way for that. The typical points hack installs a couple actions with hardly any way to disable, modify, or add on to them. vBulletin 4 Actionset: Is this the same for VB3 too or is anything different? also is there an importer from vbux to vbcredits yet?

You gain many new actions, more ways to use them (like multipliers and limits), multiple currencies, and everything in that mini faq at the top of the description. You lose bank interest and lottery, which has been removed for addon status in the future.

Doesn't the "Deluxe" version of a product, usually mean more features, rather than less? hehe.
The lottery/bank was the main reason I installed VBCredits, so it's a little odd to see it removed. And by addons, do you mean paid addons? No members have liked this post.

=) The Deluxe version is much more feature filled than the standard vBCredits II.
There are no plans to make any addons "paid" addons - though thats not set in stone, i'd be very surprised if it was the case =). Likely those features will be added in future updates (though perhaps not to the Lite version) Iain

I'm on 3.8.4 and I'm getting this error after what appears to be a smooth installation:
Invalid SQL: SELECT SUM(ABS(credits_saved)) AS sum FROM vbuser; MySQL Error : Unknown column 'credits_saved' in 'field list' Error Number : 1054 No members have liked this post.

On vB3.8 all addons for vBCredits 1.x should still work so long as the default currency (credits) remains.
