Does outertable width control the width for the page of a vb3 board? Or the width of the body? I need to make the width of my forum body smaller by about 2%, and need to know where in my admin cp I'd go to accomplish this?

Goto Your admincp --> Styles & Templates --> Style Manager --> In Your Style Look "All Style Options" Click Go Button Scroll Down And Look For "Sizes and Dimensions" And Form Here You Can Set Your Forum Size Or Width
