Here's the info in case somebody needs it.

On packages\vbcms\item\content\article.php

Find

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

and replace with:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

You'll need to clear the cache to see the change (under Maintenance on vB's admin panel)
