It depends on the browser you are using.

IE, Chrome, Safari, Opera 15+: ALT + accesskey

Opera (1-14): SHIFT - ESC + accesskey

Firefox: ALT + SHIFT + accesskey

I only use Firefix, but I think I will move to Chrome because it easier to do 2 keys instead 3
