Attachment quota notifications

I have my attachment limit set pretty low as I am trying to encourage my members to use a picture hosting site, but I am getting bombarded with emails each time a member reaches there forum attachment quota. Is there anyway to shut off these notifications? I have searched all over the ACP and cant seem to find a way to stop the emails, as i am getting hundreds a day. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Vbulletin contacted me and said there is no way to "shut off notifications" without changing code. Any help?
Thanks
