Cool sticky post in sidebar

Hai.

Through forum blocks manager I can add blocks showing newer posts. But I wanna only post sticked permanently on sidebar. How to do this.

Please can anyone help me.?

You would have to create a php block and write your own code/query to do this as there is no default block that does this.
