CronJob for Templates; Saving & Reloading

I'm having an issue with my templates, every time it saves & reloads, it's resolved. Can anyone help me put together a cron job that can resolve it so I can set it to run in the background?

What do you mean when you use the word resolve? When you save & reload the template the changes do not take effect or an error shows?

The cron job may not be needed based on your reply, we'll see what you mean and take it from there .

Digging deeper, I think the problem had to with the cache. I created a "IF" condition for the BB Codes. Every time I saved from the templates, "save & reload", everything displays and works properly. Thus "resolved". But after minutes of browsing, certain things are out of place again.

I tried a post cache rebuild, but the problem seems to repeat after some time. So I just disabled the cache, that seems to have just solved everything
