CMS widgets with 3 tabs
released on 21-feb-2010 About : Adds 3 CMS widgets each with 3 tabs, as on blogs page Reason theres 3, cause some may want different content on different pages. or multiple on same page. building a addon that allows for multiple/unlimited numbers This will be a addon, not a update.. release TBA. only rounded cornors in browsers that support round cornors! And it will stay that way. Yes you can use HTML in the widgets! Tabs can ofcourse be turned on/off individualy from admincp options All text content is in phrases, including tab content, so its possible to use on forums with multiple languages for multiple translations. And you can move them as you please, just like normal widgets! Works also on vb 4.0.6 - Maybe it interferes with an other addon/modification?
The problem i have is, where to add my html Code? No members have liked this post.

Go to the phrase manager > Select Evi-3 tabbed CMS widget and change the phrases as you need it.

Ah i c. Thank you.
Well thats maybe a suggestion for an update. to have the setup inside the mod itself. Something like. Tab 1,2,3 Names Tab 1,2,3 Codes etc. Edit. Is there a way to have the Tabs with a gradient.png plus a color? And is there a way to center the Tabs?. Right now there are all left aligned. U also cant turn off the Tabs. Odd I cant use <ul><li></li></ul> to create bullets.. This is HTML...
For Example: <ul> <li><a href="list.php?category/53-LightSquared">LightSquared</a></li> </ul> How Can I achieve this? No members have liked this post.

I managed to achieve by doing the fallowing.
<ul> <li><img src="bullet.jpg"><a href="ist.php?category/39-Verizon">Verizon</a></li> </ul> You can see the block here http://www.lteplans.com This is a fresh VB install and still under the hood on it... Thanks for this great widget. No members have liked this post.

Brilliant mod thank you ..
I have a design fault with it when selecting "center" to have the tabs centered. When I put center in .. it makes about a 3 line space gap between the tabs and the box, with right and left its all fine .. any suggestions? Thanks No members have liked this post.

hi Vaupell ..
Yeh there is jave that I use inside the tabs of your mod... i need to use the center option as your mod is placed ontop of a transparent rounded edge box .. so your tabs are leaving a little hangover on the end .. ie. doesn't sit right. .. check out my home page.. ive tried to make the colors of the tab hide the lil over edged bit.. http://www.ibass-radio.com Plus .. is there a way to have this as a forum block too? or even a mod for it to be placed on the forum itself .. i've tried to use other tab systems but for some reason or other they don't seem to work in the vbulletin templates.. Thanks for your help

Not sure what I can use this for. But, tagged for future use.
QUESTION: If I were to embed ads into each of the three tabs, would it register as being viewed, even if the user doesnt click on the tab? No members have liked this post.
