Modifying this skin and sharing or publishing your modification A-N-Y-W-H-E-R-E without the author's written permission is not allowed. As for the copyright text as I'm saying inside the file, it's up to your Honesty and Politeness the let it there or not. But for sure you don't have the right to REPLACE IT with your own.
