Image resizer using nCode script

This hack resizes external images (not attachments) in cms, blogs, posts, new thread preview, signatures, private messages, visitor messages and vBadvanced CMPS.

You have the option to:
Disable the hack.
Choose the resize mode.
Default Maximum width.
Enable and disable cms resize option.
Enable and disable postbit resize option.
Enable and disable signature resize option.
Enable and disable blogs resize option.
Enable and disable private messages resize option.
Enable and disable visitor messages resize option.
Enable and disable vBadvanced CMPS resize option.


This hack has been tested:
- Using IE, FF, Chrome and Opera using default skin.

Installation:
- Upload the contents of upload folder to the root of your forum.
- Import the XML file via Plugins & Products > Manage Products > Add/Import Products.
- If you want to use "Enlarge in the same window" option you must edit "Image Medium Max" stylevar for the style you are using. Set this stylevar to high number e.g. 2000px or more if needed.

Upgrade:
- Upload the contents of upload folder to the root of your forum overwriting the existing file.
- Remove old product from AdminCP produact Manager.
- Import the XML file via Plugins & Products > Manage Products > Add/Import Products.

PS. This hack adds one link in the footer to SevenSkins website.

Hi, Thanks For The Hack, but when i install this hack, when viewing thread and creating new thread, it gives me error

Fatal error: Class 'vB_Template' not found in /domain/global.php(607) : eval()'d code on line 4
I m using 3.8.6
Help will be appreciated..when i disable this hack in plugins, the site is back to normal..

Maybe because this is for vb4 and your trying to install it on a vb3 board.

You need the 3.8 image resizer.

Installed, but any way of using with img src and alt text?

Oh and within a <div> so I can have images side by side

also, if you look at this link you'll see the image is not in line with the area you click on, but ok in the article, why is this?

This hack work nicely with default skin.
If your skin is edited you may have to edit "ss_imageresizer" templates css definitions.

I am using version 1.3. Is it possible to the next update you support vbadvanced? Images there are not resized.

It seems to work fine for image resizing in CMS Preview Articles and Articles themselves, but if there is an image in a comment it doesn't seem to work. (See here.)

Any way to fix this?

Edit ss_imageresizer template for the color and for the text seracrch for "sevenskins" in the phrases.
