What do you mean by "translate designs?"
Themes are copyright protected by US law. It's illegal to take one and redesign it unless it's your own theme or you have express written permission from the copyright holder. No members have liked this post.

If the "translate" is typo for transfer.
If you a have an existing wordpress design I can transfer it to vbulletin5.
