[DBTech] Advanced User Tagging v3 (vB4)

Advanced @User Tagging: What is it?
DragonByte Technologies is proud to present [DBTech] Advanced @User Tagging. The @user Tagging mod is designed to increase activity on your forum by allowing members to mention each other in posts when talking about them. This is done in a very easy way, very similar to how Twitter mentions people. We use @ ; as the tags, so for instance you could say: ---- This new mod from @Dragonbyte Tech; is pretty cool. ---- The @DragonByte Tech; Will become a link to the DragonByte Tech users profile, it will also inform DragonByte Tech they had been mentioned, and link to the relevant thread/post via a new area in the profile section, as well as a new tab in the shoutbox. It also allows members to tag the thread for specific other members by inputting their usernames in the tag box above the posts of the thread. This is a great way to increase your forum activity with no extra admin input required people will start to mention posts/threads to their friends, which will increase the amount of posting. Thanks for the reply - I did upload all of the upload folder to my forum root directory as the instructions indicated... BUT clearly I did something wrong because I don't even see the section to adjust settings in the left sidebar of admincp.
I'm not USUALLY this daft  *********FIXED I think************ I now have the settings in admincp. it was a permissions issue so total user error. I still have a blank page when I go to check mentions... so... I'm sure something else is wrong. I'll look through here to see if the answer already exists. No members have liked this post.

Hi to all..
I just installed it but If I choose from navbar menù the statistic appear error 404. I copied all files. I checked and the file statistics.php is present. Any idea? How to solve it now!?!? Thanks in advance! EDIT: I uninstalled the plug-in and now when i try to see my profile I see a database error:
EDIT2: I installed again the product - disabled and uninstalled. Now all worked fine. I never put it again.. No members have liked this post.

The original issue could have been solved by uploading the contents of the upload folder to your forum folder as per the readme

For posterity in case someone else has the same question: It can be achieved by un-ticking the "Below Post Count" display setting in the vBulletin Options

I uploaded the content of the upload folder, to my forums directory, and got this error(running 3.8.5),
Updating Version Number To: 1.0.0 Created Table: dbtech_usertag_mention Created Table: dbtech_usertag_tag Altered Table: administrator Altered Table: user Altered Table: usergroup Updating Version Number To: 1.1.0 Altered Table: forum Altered Table: user Updating Version Number To: 1.2.3 Altered Table: dbtech_usertag_mention Updating Version Number To: 1.3.0 Created Table: dbtech_usertag_hash Created Table: dbtech_usertag_hashsubscription Created Table: dbtech_usertag_quote Altered Table: forum Altered Table: user Updating Version Number To: 2.1.0 Database error Why is it not working for me? I then went ahead and manually copied each file in say includes, to my includes directory, the php in admincp, so my admincp directory, and still no success. No members have liked this post.

i have a problem when i go to the 2nd page of my tags , its showing
" This webpage has a redirect loop " http://friendzvalley.com/member.php?...ags&perpage=20 but when i remove the " &perpage=20 " its work fine , can u guide me please ? No members have liked this post.

Ok, so just to confirm. This MOD doesnt add one you your links to my website right? This could be a great addition, I have been working on one myself but I just noticed this was here. Just want to make sure it doesnt add a "Site Links"
