This thread is in the Modification Graveyard.
 Set a poll (must have been created within the last 24 hours) to either always used a fixed answer or a random answer, no matter how the user actually answers. Features: Fully Phrased. Can rig any recent poll. Can change rigging. Can choose random of fixed rigging. Install: Download the [tk] Rigged Polls.zip file. Unzip and upload all files in the upload directory to your forum root. Import the product file in your admincp. Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. Show Your Support

It's just a nav xml file in the includes/xml directory like a thousand other mods. Don't know what to tell you...

Hilarious, I can see this one being used when an admin asks his users for a choice of new skins but knows they will vote a black one when they aint a gaming or warez site

AHA!! I figured out the problem. In the zip file you have, in the upload folder, there are the folders admincp, and include. Which I just uploaded those folders. So the nav xml file went into "include" folder by itself, not "includes".
