I dont see that in my admincp, I have uploaded the files, and imported the xml file but I still don't see it.

It's just a nav xml file in the includes/xml directory like a thousand other mods. Don't know what to tell you...

Hilarious, I can see this one being used when an admin asks his users for a choice of new skins but knows they will vote a black one when they aint a gaming or warez site

AHA!! I figured out the problem. In the zip file you have, in the upload folder, there are the folders admincp, and include. Which I just uploaded those folders. So the nav xml file went into "include" folder by itself, not "includes".
