a can css do question

dunno i was browsing a while back and saw something on a site about css about rounded borders, at the time i was too busy trying to expand my knowledge in other areas so couldn't spare the time to read up on it, which is a shame as it's killed me ever since but basically;

can see do round borders now? or it it still restricted to square ones?

I think this will only be possible with CSS3, and at the rate IE is going, it will be another 2 years until it will support CSS3

Wrong, they confirmed just a week or so ago that they will continue with IE and the next version will come out with the next windows release (whether that's an SP or longhorn no one knows).
