Two colds in less than a month. I drink lots of orange juice. Eat vegetables like three times a week. Drink water as my main source of liquid intake (whereas I used to drink coke and pepsi all the time). I think I must have some kind of sign on my head saying "Give me your cold"

Excercise!

A weak immune system can be overcome best by consistent excersice. (in addition to eating healthy)

I'm an avid cross country and track runner, and haven't had a cold, or any sickness, in years.

I used to do cross country all the time - was great fun ! I seem to feel a lot better today though. Wasn't anywhere near as bad as my last cold so

it's becoming colder outside. Best thing to train your immune system by going out often... (and i mean going out into the cold, not out to drink some beer ^^)

I have a weak immune system! I sometimes have colds for months on. Help me to overcome this.

I think I will take Velocd's idea, and I am afraid to use Xenon's methods.

Well, it's like Nietzsche says.

"Things which won't kill us make us harder"
Or "If you live to long in a comfortable way, you'll get ill at last because of it.."

My windows are open during the winter, ok, it's hard to type, but i'm the only one who's not ill during these days, the rest of the family is...
