How do I add a custom background (rather than the E1E1E2 color in Main CSS)???

eg

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)  
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

just google a quick guide to CSS backgrounds and apply it...

next to the #E1E1D1 you just put the line of CSS.

So in the line with the color

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)  
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.
