Question Vbulletin message.. How to modify?

you know the default message when a user doent have access to a certain page or section? how can i edit the reason why they might not have access?
vBulletin Message

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
this just came as an idea to me being that now in vbplaza sections like the arcade can be blocked access from.. but it sends the wrong message as to why they dont have access.. i would like to add maybe a third reason something to the affect of

"You might need to purchase access or an item in the vbplaza to access this page or section"

any ideas?
