Moderator Warning

I'd like someone to make this hack, maybe a plugin or product.

That allows moderators / administrators to send warning messages to users, it then goes to the user and the next time the user loads their next page in any part of the forum, it is interupted by a message that the moderator / administrator said. They simply take the warning and then close, and that's the warning sent.

I'd like this to be intergrated into the Inferno Warning system somehow, maybe it can can't as a warning and be logged. Although, it being intergratable to the Warning System doesnt matter to me if it isn't or not.

Thanks and best regards,
Rory.

My regards to the fullest for the second post. But i'd really like to study into this idea, is it possible?

If so, can any vBulletin "hacker" do it?

Thanks,
Rory.
