Just as a note. As previous suggestion you need to change line 97 to:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Then line 106 to:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.
