I run 3 boards on vB 4.2.4 and I constantly have members saying the password reset function does not work. Does anyone know why, is there a fix?

Have you tried it on your or a test account? I find many times it ends up in junk/spam folders. I added wording to note such on the password reset screen.

Make sure all your templates are up to date or try with the default style.
And try this. https://forum.vbulletin.com/forum/vb...t=#post3082272 No members have liked this post.

Is there anything else you know of that could cause this? Thanks! No members have liked this post.

You'll get users email clients that break the link in the email, yes it happens & it is not an issue of vbulletin.
It basically breaks the string & puts part of the reset link on two lines. Have them forward you the email, so you can see what it did.
