View first post of every thread of a forum on one page

My forum is about movies and I have one sub-forum per movie. To find a movie I put then in forums named A,B,C ... etc

Forum: A
Subforum: Aviator
Subforum: Avatar
Forum:B
Subforum: Bulletproof

...

Now I want a seperate page where people chose a letter. Then they see all the movies to this letter and when they chose a movie I want a page where only the first post of every thread in this forum is shown on one page.

Does anyone know an addon I can use or modify for this?
