so does this only show to certain groups or everyone, if its admin is there a way to set the group numbers

I have tested this on my test site and it looks very promising except from the colors which i don't like and don't fit in my site's layout.
Sorry mate don't want to be crude here,but if it was in dark red i would definitely use it on my live site.

@leejohn02 If you dont put a "BUTTON IMAGE" then nobody will know except you!
But if you do put an image, then it will be visible! Just remember the Tags [NOTICE] Message [/NOTICE], simple

If you only want the Notice to be visible for certain groups then put the following 2 lines in the "Replacement Code":

Add this line as the first line, at VERY TOP:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

And add this at very bottom:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Now this will protect the CODE and ADMIN NOTICE to be showen only to the USEGROUPS typed in RED color.. The numbers 1,2,3 in red is the USERGROUP ID, which means only the USERGROUPs typed will see the "Admin Notice"! So no matter who uses it, it will still be visible for the usegroups 1,2,3! But if you want to keep it secret, I def suggest that you do NOT put a BUTTON IMAGE!

this way minimal upload, no need to upload 3 css files just create them as templates
for example using my idea
