NuRatings - Please Help

Can anyone tell me what is up with NuHit and if NuRatings is a worthwhile tool. I actually bought it last night, but unfortunately our SPAM filter caught and deleted the Confirmation Email, so I now can't download it. And, it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to post on their forum without Premium Membership which is included in the previously mentioned purchase for which I did NOT get an email conf...arrrgghhh! And, I have yet to find a "resend" confirmation on their website.

Two questions:
1. Are they a reputable website, and if so, HOW can I contact them and get my purchase problem resolved?

2. Is NuRatings a proven plugin/product and will it accomplish my goal of letting our forum users rate each other's post and increase/decrease their respective reputations based on these ratings?

Sorry for the above noted frustration and anger, but I am sure many of you have had similar experiences when you are trying to accomplish what you think should be a SIMPLE task.

Please give me your feedback.

Why not open a claim with paypal or however you sent money? That should get their attention.

Cause its not nuHits fault he didnt get the script.

He just bought it last night, and like he said his spam filters got the email. Most support people only work certain hours, why not give them a little more time and try contacting them again or check to see what time their sales/support is on hand.

Well, I sorta did both...and implemented my own resolution. Unfortunately, I do/did not have time to wait for an appearingly unmonitored website to respond...it is Tuesday noon, so you would think someone would be home at Nuhit? Even their forum shows no Nuhit staff logged in.

So the resolution I implemented is as follows: I first finally got my email guru to "white list" nuhit.com. I then entered a dispute with PayPal on my first purchase, logged into their website, and made a SECOND purchase of the software. Fortunately, the second transaction went through as expected, got the email confirmations, downloads, and installed the product successfully. Now it is configuration time and I am looking forward to seeing if it will do what I need.

Well good luck, hopefully they refund your money for the first, paypal doesn't cover software purchases like that for buyer protection.

The nuhit guys have been super awol on service. Does anybody have their direct email. I have been waiting months to get a simple fix
