Just installed on vb 4.1.8

However, the uploaded result is not showing the IMG code because the scrolling is disabled.

Also increasing the height, hence users will get the IMG code immediately.

attached my tiniypic script file. Don't forget to change it to .txt or replace your current code with this one...

Have recently upgraded my board from V4.1.1 to the latest V4.2 and now i cant get the Tinypic uploader to appear in the quick reply box, anyone know a fix?

First, download the attachment included in this post and put it in your forums/clientscript/ directory via your favorite FTP client.

In the newthread template from vbulletin 4.0.1:

find:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

If your running vbulletin 3.8.4, then search for:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

put the following code above it:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

There is one line in the above two codes that you will need to change in order to make it work and three other ones that are optional.

The three optional ones include the following and are marked in red:

1. <legend>TinyPic Uploader</legend>

2. <div>Upload your images to TinyPic from here.</div>

3. tinypic_layout = 'wide';

The first two are just so you can have it say whatever you want and the last line is so you can either have the tinypic layout from screen shot one or from screen shot two. If you want the layout from screen shot one put 'narrow'; If you want the layout from screen shot two put 'wide';

The code that you will need to change is the following and is marked in red:

1. <script src=" http://yoursite.com/forums/clientscript/Tinypic plugin.js "

That's the URL that's pointing to the script you uploaded onto your server earlier. Just change it to your own sites URL.

I wont go into showthread_quickreply since some people were having problems with it. But at least you have more options now.

and this one works with quickreply also, just paste the same code at the bottom of showthread_quickreply template.

This doesn't work with https/ssl, since Tinypic doesn't have https/ssl enabled on their site. And my entire site runs through HTTPS, so I can't use this addon. Thanks anyway though!

in 4.2 there is no 'showthread_quickreply' so just add that code in the 'editor_ckeditor' template and works a treat.

I'm also having this problem as well, can someone provide a fix for this?
