Human_verify adding new thread

I need some help, I would like to add new thread with VB5 API like this :

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Bug I get this error :

error : humanverify_missing

Somebody knows the solution ?
